These Terms of Use apply to the Mirror Stillwater website, web app, and mobile applications. By installing, browsing, signing in to, subscribing to, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Scope of Service
Mirror Stillwater provides Cantonese-first AI fortune reading, face reading, palm reading, and related content services, including the website, web app, mobile applications, subscription features, and any current or future related functionality.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must have the legal capacity to use the service, or obtain consent from a parent or guardian where applicable.
- If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or on your devices.
3. Permitted Use
- You may use the service for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes through the interfaces and features we provide.
- You may use the service on a reasonable number of personal devices, subject to applicable platform rules.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or attempt to obtain the source code, logic, or security mechanisms of the service.
- Bypass free quotas, subscription limits, payment controls, sign-in protections, or anti-abuse measures.
- Use bots, crawlers, bulk requests, or other automated means that place excessive load on the service.
- Use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or privacy-invasive conduct.
- Rent, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the service or its content without authorization.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals
- Some features are paid features, including web subscriptions and in-app subscriptions.
- Web payments are processed by Stripe. Android in-app subscriptions are processed through Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Pricing, trials, offers, and billing cycles are shown in the purchase flow presented at the time of purchase.
- If a subscription renews automatically, it may renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period according to the relevant platform rules.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are generally governed by the policies of Google Play, Stripe, or the relevant payment platform. We may not be able to process refund requests directly where the payment was completed through a third-party platform.
7. User Content
When you submit text, images, nicknames, lucky card content, or other materials, you retain the rights you legally own in that content. However, you grant us permission to process, transmit, display, and store that content to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the service.
You represent that the content you submit is lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate where reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the code, design, layout, copy, images, trademarks, data structures, and related service content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service granted under these Terms, you receive no ownership rights or additional licenses.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with or depend on third-party providers, including AI, authentication, payment, analytics, and email services. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites or services.
10. Disclaimer
The fortune reading, face reading, palm reading, annual outlook, zodiac, and lucky card content provided through the service is for general information, entertainment, and personal reference only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or life-decision advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on any content and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation at all times. We may suspend, limit, change, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or upgrade reasons.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong will have primary jurisdiction.
